The Business Insurance Long-Term Care Conference, in partnership with the law firm of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and & Dicker LLP, will address the myriad risks inherent in the skilled nursing industry. Risk managers of the more than 15,000 LTC facilities throughout the U.S. are charged with protecting the property, casualty and reputational risks associated with providing care to more than 1.4 million people, most over the age of 65. These run the gamut from safety risks affecting workers and residents to reputational risks stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to COVID-19, conference sessions will cover:
•    Slips & falls: The number one injury claim
•    Abuse and neglect
•    Labor and employment issues including pre-employment screening
•    Insurance coverage issues
•    Litigation trends and trial experiences
•    Cyber Risks for LTC facilities
